Assignment#1 : A self-introduction

 Hello everyone! Welcome to Lulu's own little world.

First, let me introduce myself. I'm Lulu. A cute, beautiful, bright, and easy-going girl.

I like every outdoor activity except hike. It's so boring that you do nothing but see the scenery.

I usually love to hang out with my friends. We can sing all night long, play mahjong(p.s. mahjong is the greatest invention in the world.) and travel together.    


There is one thing that makes me unique which is almost all of my friends are the same type(noisy).

Assignment#4 : News-Tai chi could slow down Parkinson's disease

Tai chi could slow down Parkinson's disease ( Breaking News!!! )           The new is  mainly about Tai chi, a chinese traditional martial art, could slow down Parkinson's disease. Doctors from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of  Medicine observed fewer falls, and less dizziness and back pain in the tai chi practitioners.             One of the most famous people with Parkinson's was the heavyweight boxing champion Muhammad Ali.  The researchers  said : "The long-term beneficial effect of tai chi on Parkinson's could prolong the time without disability, leading to a higher quality of life, a lower burden for caregivers and a reduction in drug use."         Actually the entire new is truelly surprised me. I can't image how could  Tai chi  slow down     the condition progressed of  Parkinson's disease. It just stand somewhere and swing hands.But the researchers provided a lot of proofs, I think I will give it a try.
